Rates
- $450 for pediatric initial appointment
- $350 for initial adult appointment
- $300/hr for 50 min follow up
- $150/20 minute follow up
Insurance
I'm in network for Aetna and United Behavioral Health. I will take Anthem by the end of May.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of appointment. A link for payment will be sent to your email from Square before the appointment. A credit or debit card on file is required for future appointments. This information can be saved on Square when making the initial appointment.
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You can also pay directly on my website here.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
