Rates & Insurance

Rates

• $450 for pediatric initial appointment
• $350 for initial adult appointment
• $300/hr for 1 hour follow up
• $150/30 minute follow up

Insurance

I do not currently accept insurance, but am able to provide a superbill that you may provide to your insurance company to request reimbursement.

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You can also pay directly on my website here.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
