I received my undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Psychology with honors from University of Colorado Boulder and earned my graduate degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine Spring 2010. I have since completed numerous trainings with the Institute for Integrative Psychiatry, Amen Clinics, ASAM, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
My background in mental and physical health also includes working in residential treatment centers and in-patient psychiatric units, directing after school programs for at-risk youth, and researching and publishing in the genetics of aging.
I've been a climbing guide and currently enjoy bouldering, climbing, trail running, surfing, meditation, playing guitar, coaching youth soccer, and spending time with friends and family.
